Shipping & Delivery Policy

Platform: Snout Swap
At Snout Swap, we currently provide delivery only for second-hand product purchases. Rentals are arranged locally between users and are not covered under this policy.
1. Service Areas
- At present, Snout Swap provides delivery within Patna, Bihar.
- We are working to expand delivery services to more cities in India in the near future.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- In some cases, delivery may take longer due to item availability, seller confirmation, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Users will be notified of expected delivery dates within the app.
3. Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.
- Charges vary based on item type, size, and delivery distance.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable once the order is shipped.
4. Order Tracking
- Buyers will be notified via the app and/or email once the item is out for delivery.
- Tracking updates will be provided when available.
5. Delivery Method
- Deliveries are currently handled by Snout Swap directly or through local delivery partners.
- Sellers are responsible for securely packaging items before handover.
6. Failed Deliveries
- If the buyer is unavailable at the time of delivery, a reattempt may be made at the buyer’s cost.
- If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the order may be cancelled and refund eligibility will be determined as per our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Responsibility & Risk
- Snout Swap ensures that items are picked up from sellers and delivered to buyers securely.
- Risk passes to the buyer once the product is delivered.
- Buyers are advised to check the product condition at the time of delivery.
8. Rentals (No Delivery)
- Rentals are not delivered by Snout Swap.
- Renters and owners are responsible for arranging local handover and return.
